No. The material must contain pigments or components that fluoresce under 395nm UV-A.
Dark or low-light conditions usually produce the strongest visible fluorescence; bright ambient light reduces contrast.
Not as a direct substitute. For currency, document, gemstone, leak-dye or similar inspection tasks, choose a dedicated 365nm product where that wavelength is appropriate.
Avoid direct eye exposure, do not stare into the light, limit unnecessary skin exposure, keep the product away from children and use suitable protective practices for the application.
