Shipping policy

At GYL, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following locations:

Domestic: [All states of India]

International: [No]

Order Processing Time

All Prepaid orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. and all COD orders are processed within [4-5 business days]

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or Public holidays.

If orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation and Tracking details via email & Whatsapp (if available) once your order has shipped.

The email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

At GYL, we take full responsibility for any product damaged during transit by the shipping carrier. However, to process a replacement, we require solid proof in the form of a clear and complete unboxing video showing the package in its original sealed condition and the damage occurring upon opening.

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package.

  2. Contact us immediately at gyltechno@gmail.com with your order number and the video as evidence.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Important: Claims without proper unboxing evidence will not be eligible for replacement. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
